Our Story

A crazy idea that worked!

Dan Matheus was in North Carolina in a hotel van when all the conversations stopped and people on the van asked “What’s going on over there?” We all noticed a Grand Opening balloon/inflatable on the roof of a business, a grand opening banner and pennants stringing across the parking lot decorating for their event. It didn’t sink in until next week on the same van with different passengers conversations once again stopped and asked the same question, “What’s is going on over there” that is when Dan saw an idea for a new business. The entrepreneurial juices started flowing & Dan researched and started Bullseye Promotions with the purchase of his first Hot Air Balloon shape. Soon after King Kong, Godzilla and many other shapes were purchased and put into service having the passersby saying “What is going on there?” Twenty-five plus years and thousands of installs later, Bullseye has hundres of giant inflatables, searchlights, flags, tents, banners and more. We also ship out storefront and in-store marketing physical products to help businesses across the United States increase their foot traffic and sales.

Our Vision

As a business owner, you pour sweat and tears into making your location a success. But standing out takes more than just showing up. You need attention-grabbing tools to transform your storefront into a 24/7 referral machine.

That’s where Bullseye Promotions steps in. We’re the only full-service advertising partner dedicated to amplification for retail spaces big and small.

We help you leverage your biggest and likely most expensive asset – your building – to get better visibility and more foot traffic leading to increased sales.

For over 20 years, we’ve helped clients drive record foot traffic and sales during Grand Openings, seasonal promotions, remodels, and more. Our custom inflatables, feather flags, window graphics, and in-store signage are impossible to ignore, pulling customers in from blocks around.

We handle every detail from A to Z so you can focus on your business, not babysitting promoters. Our experts take care of permitting, production, installation, and tear down for events nationwide while you watch your numbers skyrocket.

Whether you’re a homebuilder showcasing model homes, a restauranteur staging a comeback, or a pop-up yearning for permanence, we’ve got you covered. We’re your secret weapon for outshining the competition while staying on budget.

Stop settling for slow seasons and pray-they-see-my-store obscurity. Partner with Bullseye to transform your location into a year-round profit engine running on premium fuel. Dial up the only promotional partner you’ll ever need and let our vision take your sales to the next level.
